We can deliver your products to European Union, Asia and Africa using Royal Mail Services.

When placing orders from outside of the UK, customs charges may be due on delivery. Customers will pay for all the relevant incurred charges and taxes in their countries for their orders whilst delivery and they will be fully responsible for all the charges and taxes and any other additional charges incurred as we do not have any controls or calculations for these charges and taxes.

We accept no responsibility or liability for orders impounded by local customs authorities due to the non-payment of local import taxes. If the package is returned to us, we will deduct the cost of return postage plus any import charges applied from the value of your refund.

Please kindly arrange the charges & taxes payments with the local customs authorities before the parcel is released for delivery to you.

Royal Mail International Services parcels will be delivered by your local Postal Service Company in your country.

 

U.K., Europe & International Returns

Our Returns policy applies same for International Orders. All returns charges are to be paid by the customers. We do not provide any returns postage charges and all the postage charges are to be paid by the customer in full for items returned back to us.
